Refunds are only considered if the request is made within 7 days of the project start date or payment.
No refunds will be processed for services that are already completed, delivered, or in an advanced stage
Social Media Marketing campaigns once launched.
SEO services after the first month’s work has been delivered.
Website design and development services where design concepts have already been shared.
Custom software or special development projects.
If a client cancels the project midway (before delivery), Nexsite Digital may consider a partial refund, depending on the work completed.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of hours, tools, and resources already used.
If the client fails to provide content, approvals, or required details on time.
If the client changes their mind after the project is completed.
If third-party issues (such as hosting, domain, or ad platform policies) cause delays or results.
If the client violates our Terms & Conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
Nexsite Digital, all projects begin with a 50% advance payment before the initiation of work.
The remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files or website launch.
This structure ensures smooth workflow, timely execution, and full transparency throughout the project timeline.
Once the initial 50% payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This policy applies even if the client decides to cancel, pause, or alter the project for any reason after work has commenced.
Since each project involves dedicated time, planning, and resources from our creative and technical teams, refunds cannot be issued once development or design work begins.
However, Nexsite Digital remains committed to client satisfaction — if any concerns arise during the process, we’ll work collaboratively to find the best possible solution or project adjustment.
